1. Check-in and Check-out :

Check-in time is from 02:00 PM and check-out time is before 12:00 PM on the last day of stay.
Early check-in: Early check-in will be supported depending on room availability on the check-in date. If rooms are available, an additional charge will be applied for early check-in as follows:
70,000 VND/hour for basic rooms, standard rooms with kitchen, standard rooms with window.
100,000 VND/hour for family rooms and deluxe rooms.
Late check-out: Late check-out will be supported depending on room availability on the check-out date. If you wish to check out late, please inform the reception to check room availability. If rooms are available, the late check-out surcharge will be applied as follows:
70,000 VND/hour for basic rooms, standard rooms with kitchen, standard rooms with window.
100,000 VND/hour for family rooms and deluxe rooms.

2. Regulations during check-in and stay:

Please present valid identification documents including: Citizen ID card or passport with valid visa at the reception desk.
Guests must be 18 years or older to check in. Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by parents or a relative over 18 years old.
Guests are required to pay the room fee at the time of check-in and when extending their stay.
Room key cards and complimentary services are only provided to staying guests.
Unless otherwise agreed, guests must vacate their room and complete check-out procedures at the reception desk before 12:00 PM on the last day of stay.
Hotel rooms are non-smoking rooms. Guests are only allowed to smoke in designated areas. Please contact the reception for guidance if needed. If smoking occurs in the room, a penalty will be applied.
